Lara has been putting me back together for a number of years now. She has always been enthusiastic, knowledgeable and thorough in the treatment of the sporting injuries that I've sustained - numerous knee, neck and shoulder injuries. Add to this, Lara's professional, friendly and relaxed nature - you really can't go wrong with her. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Coming off my second ACL surgery, I used Lara as my physiotherapist. Lara helped me regain my strength through excellent physiotherapy! I cannot speak highly enough on how Lara helped me regain my confidence in running again let alone playing sport. Lara was very honest in what I could or couldn't do at certain stages of recovery and was very reliable in terms of making an appointment to see you. Lara was my therapist whilst I was selected for the GB Squad over in Spain at the Womens American Football European Championship, I had just come back from a bad elbow dislocation that happened in February. The time and effort she put into the rehab was second to none, she dealt with my tantrums and my tears, With the work of manipulation and acupuncture my elbow is the straightest its been after injury. Through trailing different ways of strapping throughout the camps she gave me back the confidence to go out onto the pitch and not to worry about my elbow. On and off pitch side she is amazing!! If only I wasn't in Leeds!
Lara has recently been treating tendinitis in my shoulder from racquet sports. She has been superb at quickly identifying the injury and the correct treatment.
She treated it with targeted sports massage and ultrasound treatment to reduce the inflammation, and followed it up with a set of exercises to build back the strength in my arm.
This has resulted in significant reduction in the inflammation, and I am almost ready to start playing again.
She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. Her focus on results and knowing the right treatment has helped me on my way to recovery in just a few weeks. Highly recommended! Thanks Lara!
